The Scholar High School conducted a POCSO Compliance Awareness Workshop for its teaching and non-teaching staff. The session, led by Mrs. Sarika Prakash, focused on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, highlighting child safety, mandatory reporting, legal responsibilities, and best practices for creating a secure school environment.
Through interactive discussions and practical examples, participants gained valuable insights into identifying signs of abuse, responding with sensitivity, and upholding children’s rights.
