To create awareness among parents and educators about the emotional and psychological needs of children and adults, while providing guidance on emotional management, healthy parenting practices, independence building, and balanced digital usage.
The workshop began with an introduction to the various mental health concerns commonly addressed in therapy, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, behavioral issues, childhood trauma, procrastination, and social media dependency. The speakers also explained the different therapy services offered for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through both online and offline counselling.
The session was highly interactive and participative in nature. An engaging activity called “The Opposite Game” was conducted to help participants understand the concept of emotional reactions, attention, and human error.
